Overview
Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) is widely used environment-friendly material. After biodegradation & hydrolysis, it only generate water and carbon dioxide. It is of biodegradability, barrier resistance, antistativity, oil resistivity, good translucency and etc. But PVA cannot be thermoplastic processed through traditional method which limited its application. After many years of efforts, we have successfully developed the polyvinyl alcohol resin particles that can be melting-thermoplastic processing. It is called thermoplastic-polyvinyl alcohol(P-PVA, P-PVOH).

2. P-PVA (film blowing materials)

Used as film blowing material,  normal temperature soluble type P-PVA can dissolve in normal temperature water(around 20℃), the completely dissoving time required is around 3~5minutes. PVA film produced by normal temperature soluble type P-PVA is of 2.5μm thickness.

Used as injection molding material, high temperature soluble type P-PVA can soluble in water of more than 65℃. PVA film produced by high temperature soluble type P-PVA(film blowing materials) is of 5μm thickness.

The complete dissolving time of PVA film with 2.5μm thickness produced by P-PVA(Instant film materials) can be less than 30 seconds.

3. P-PVA(Oil well temporary plugging additive materials)
This kind of P-PVA material can be used directly. Based on required water soluble temperature and completely dissolution time under temperature constant state, it can be divided to 3 types.
a. Normal temperature soluble type.
The completely dissolving time required shall be 2-30 hours or longer time when normal temperature soluble type P-PVA(Oil well temporary plugging additive material) dissolve in water of constant temperature(0~30℃range).
b.Middle temperature soluble type
The completely dissolving time required shall be 2-30 hours or longer time when middle temperature soluble type P-PVA(Oil well temporary plugging additive material) dissolve in water of constant temperature(30~60℃range).
c. High temperature soluble type
The completely dissolving time required shall be 2-30 hours or longer time when high temperature soluble type P-PVA(Oil well temporary plugging additive material) dissolve in water of constant temperature(60~99℃range).

4. P-PVA(3D Printing)
This kind of P-PVA can be used to produce printing filaments for 3D printing consumables.
