How is PVOH 823G produced?
The polyvinyl alcohol is first mixed with an alcoholizing agent and partially alcoholized; then, the partially alcoholized PVOH is subjected to post-treatment, such as neutralization and washing, to remove unreacted alcoholizing agents and by-products. After removing impurities from the product, the purified PVOH 823G is adjusted to the desired particle size range by processes such as grinding or crushing. Finally, the product is dried to remove excess moisture to ensure product stability and storage.
