| PVA is produced with calcium carbide as raw material. After calcium carbide reacts with water to form acetylene, acetylene synthesizes with acetic acid to form vinyl acetate, then methanol is used as the solvent to polymerize, Through alcoholysis, poly-vinyl acetate changes to PVA. After being crushed and dried, it becomes finished product. |
Liwei adopt solution casting method to produce PVA film products. After several years of development, our company now has several advanced automatic production line of PVA film. Major product includes water soluble PVA film (water soluble film for embroidery, water transfer film, water soluble dubble film and water soluble bag); Laundry Bead; Floating bait; PVA film for prosthesis socket and etc. The production technology and equipment has been identified by experts to reach advanced level in the world.
The main element of our film is PVA which is one of new environmental friendly packaging
materials. As a temporary carrier, it is used for embroidery, the film just need 30 seconds
to be degraded into water and carbon dioxide in cold water(15℃). The physical properties of
the film is affected by operating environment. High temperature & humaidity makes film to
soften. Conversely, film will become harden and crisp in low temperature & humidity
condition.
1/ In order to prevent moisture. The film should be packed in to PE bag.
2/ It's better to keep it away from light and heat source.
3/ Storage conditions: room temperature 25~35℃, humidity 40~60℃.
4/ In the process of washing, turbulent and sufficient water should be used, so that quicker
and cleaner work can be done. The temperature should not higher than 45℃.
5/ It can be connected and fixed by water or steam in processing.
