VINNAPAS® 7031 F
ANHUI LIWEI CHEMICAL CO.,LIMITED
[Introduction]
VINNAPAS® 7031 F is a high-performance redispersible polymer powder (RDP) based on a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer formulation, with core advantages of excellent flexibility and adhesion. It can form a stable emulsion in formulations, and is not only suitable for adhesive manufacturing but also can be added to cement-based materials to reduce internal friction of the formula and improve construction workability. Meanwhile, it has good compatibility with fillers such as talc and kaolin, and can enhance the water resistance of materials, making it widely used in composite mortars with both bonding and water resistance requirements.
• VINNAPAS® 7031 F is a VAE-based redispersible polymer powder (RDP) and is dispersible in water, forming a stable emulsion in formulations.
• Mortars modified with this product exhibit enhanced flexibility, adhesion and water resistance, with reduced internal friction and improved workability.
• It has excellent compatibility with talc, kaolin and other common fillers, facilitating formula adjustment and performance optimization.
• The product improves the cohesion and durability of cement-based materials without affecting key rheological properties such as water retention.
• VINNAPAS® 7031 F contains a fine mineral filler as antiblocking agent. It is produced without the addition of organic solvents, plasticizers or film-forming agents.

[Storage]
During storage, protect the product from contact with moisture and high temperature. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 30 °C or exposure to humidity may cause agglomeration. Carefully seal any open containers and store in a cool, dry warehouse. Do not store the product for more than six months from the delivery date (unless specified otherwise in the Certificate of Analysis). Verify performance before use if stored beyond the recommended period.
