[Introduction]
VINNAPAS® 5118 L is a dispersible polymer powder (RDP) for dry mix mortars, specifically developed as a high-performance leveling-focused grade for cement-based self-leveling mortars. Based on a premium copolymer formulation, it features excellent chemical stability, a minimum film formation temperature (MFFT) of 4℃, good water droplet resistance after film formation, and moderate flexibility. This product effectively enhances the construction fluidity and leveling accuracy of self-leveling mortars, ensuring the flatness and durability of ground underlayers and surface layers, and is well-suited for scenarios requiring high ground flatness such as commercial buildings and industrial plants.
• VINNAPAS® 5118 L is a copolymer-based redispersible polymer powder (RDP) and is dispersible in water.
• Mortars modified with VINNAPAS® 5118 L exhibit enhanced construction fluidity, leveling accuracy, flexibility, water resistance and durability, with improved adhesion. Key rheological properties such as water retention are essentially unaffected.
• The product is ideal for use in combination with other mortar additives designed to enhance specific properties of cement-based self-leveling systems.
• VINNAPAS® 5118 L is a high-performance leveling-focused redispersible polymer powder with excellent chemical stability and essentially no adverse effect on mortar rheology.
• VINNAPAS® 5118 L contains a fine mineral filler as antiblocking agent. It is produced without the addition of organic solvents, plasticizers or film-forming agents.

[Storage]
During storage, protect the product from contact with moisture. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 30 °C, especially in combination with pressure, humidity or exposure to sunlight, may result in blocking. Carefully seal any open containers and store them under suitable conditions. We recommend storing the product in a warehouse that provides cool and dry conditions. Do not store the product for more than six months, starting from the date at which it was received, unless the Certificate of Analysis contains a different date, which would take precedence. If the product is stored longer than recommended, it may still be used but users are advised to verify the properties required for the intended use.
