[Introduction]

VINNAPAS 7220 E is a premium-grade redispersible polymer powder (RDP) focusing on the combination of flexibility and aging resistance. Based on a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer formulation, it is not only suitable for conventional flexible mortars but also ideal for exterior wall decorative mortars. This product effectively enhances the adhesion between the decorative layer and the substrate, while significantly improving the decorative layer’s weathering resistance and crack resistance, serving as a key model balancing decorative effects and functional performance.
Core Substrate: Its chemical system is a methacrylate-vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer, significantly different from the substrate composition of the 8620E in the same series. This makes its performance focus more on basic flexibility and bond stability.

Core Characteristics: As a standard E-series product, it has built-in anti-caking properties, significantly improving bond strength and flexibility while ensuring the basic construction performance of the mortar. It is suitable for various common construction formulations, has strong compatibility, and is highly compatible with different types of cement-based and gypsum-based dry-mix mortars.

Typical Applications: Besides being compatible with tile adhesives, it can also be used in tile grout, solving problems such as cracking and poor adhesion in tile joints. It can also be used to modify various other dry-mix mortars, making it a highly versatile RDP product.

• VINNAPAS 7220 E contains a fine mineral filler as antiblocking agent. It is produced without the addition of organic solvents, plasticizers or film-forming agents.

[Storage]

During storage, protect the product from contact with moisture. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 30 °C, especially in combination with pressure, humidity or exposure to sunlight, may result in blocking. Carefully seal any open containers and store them under suitable conditions. We recommend storing the product in a warehouse that provides cool and dry conditions. Do not store the product for more than six months, starting from the date at which it was received, unless the Certificate of Analysis contains a different date, which would take precedence. If the product is stored longer than recommended, it may still be used but users are advised to verify the properties required for the intended use.

E Series

VINNAPAS® 7220E and 8620E both belong to the E-series redispersible polymer (RDP) powders. Both are suitable for dry-mix mortars and emphasize optimized bond performance and flexibility, but differ in their copolymer substrates and specific application scenarios.
