[Introduction]

VINNAPAS 4023 N is a multi-purpose semi-flexible redispersible polymer powder (RDP) tailored for dry mix mortars requiring balanced performance and broad substrate compatibility. Based on a modified vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer formulation, it features neutral rheology that won’t disrupt mortar flow properties, while delivering strong adhesion to both organic substrates (e.g., expanded polystyrene) and inorganic substrates (e.g., concrete, masonry). This product enhances mortar flexibility, workability and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for tile adhesives, exterior thermal insulation rendering systems (ETICS), self-leveling compounds and plaster mortars in general construction.

[Storage]

During storage, protect the product from moisture and high temperature. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 35 °C or exposure to humidity may cause agglomeration. Seal open containers tightly and store in a cool, dry warehouse. Shelf life is 6 months from the delivery date (subject to Certificate of Analysis). Verify performance before use if stored beyond the recommended period.
