[Introduction]

VINNAPAS 5043 N is a versatile redispersible polymer powder (RDP) based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer formulation, specifically designed for cost-efficient dry mix mortar applications. As an "N" class product, it features neutral rheological behavior that doesn't affect mortar flow properties while delivering excellent adhesion strength at low polymer dosages (typically 1-3%). This product enhances mortar's mechanical properties including adhesion, flexural strength and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for various construction applications where performance balance and economy are required.

[Properties]

• VINNAPAS 5043 N is a water-dispersible VAE copolymer powder containing fine mineral filler as antiblocking agent, produced without organic solvents, plasticizers or film-forming agents.

• As an N-class product, it has neutral effect on mortar rheology, allowing easy integration into various formulations without adjusting flow modifiers.

• It provides excellent adhesion strength at low polymer dosages (1-3% in most applications), making it highly cost-efficient.

[Storage]

N Series
