[Introduction]
VINNAPAS® 5044N is a specialized redispersible polymer powder (RDP) for dry mix mortars, particularly suited for high-performance construction applications requiring superior flexibility and crack resistance. Based on a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer formulation with high ethylene content, it significantly enhances mortar bonding strength, flexural properties and durability. This product is specifically engineered for repair mortars, crack-resistant rendering compounds and other specialty construction materials where resistance to structural movement and environmental stress is essential.
• VINNAPAS® 5044N is a VAE copolymer-based RDP with high ethylene content, providing exceptional flexibility and dispersibility in water.

• The product's low glass transition temperature (below freezing point) enables excellent flexibility even in cold conditions, making it ideal for applications prone to thermal expansion/contraction.
• VINNAPAS® 5044N is specifically formulated for specialty construction applications requiring high crack resistance, including repair mortars and exterior thermal insulation systems.
• Contains fine mineral filler as antiblocking agent and is produced without organic solvents, plasticizers or film-forming agents, ensuring environmental compatibility and low emissions.

N Series
This series comprises versatile, basic RDPs, mostly vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymers. They have minimal impact on the rheological properties of mortar, providing basic adhesion and flexibility. With high formulation flexibility, they are commonly used as basic modifiers for dry-mix mortars.
Typical products include VINNAPAS® 4023 N, suitable for tile adhesives, plastering mortars, and self-leveling materials. It improves the bond strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance of mortars without affecting their leveling and water retention. Another example is VINNAPAS® 5010 N,VINNAPAS® 5044N,VINNAPAS 5005 N,VINNAPAS 5043 N,VINNAPAS® 4712N often used as a general-purpose powder in tile adhesives and putties, featuring low ash content and compatibility with various dry-mix mortar formulations.
VINNAPAS® 4712 N also belongs to this series, specifically optimized for adhesion to wood and vitrified tiles. It exhibits excellent water resistance, meets relevant international tile adhesive standards, and is suitable for formulating multi-purpose thin-layer tile mortars.
